Insurance Company Pays for Facial Fractures
On a dark night in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a young woman was riding in the car with her friends when the driver decided to try to spin the car to make doughnuts. Unfortunately, the young woman was not buckled in and was thrown from the car suffering fractures to her face. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance and she was later told by the insurance company that they would not pay for anything as they claimed that the defendant driver didn’t have any coverage.
The young woman contacted Grimmett Law Firm and David Grimmett took the case. Mr. Grimmett investigated the matter further and discovered the defendant driver was paying for an insurance policy which would cover the damages. Upon learning this, Mr. Grimmett contacted the insurance company and demanded that they pay for the client’s pain and suffering. Within one month, the insurance company paid.
Luckily, the young woman decided to contact an attorney to make sure that she would not lose what was legally her’s.
